Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from PLP Battery Supply, so if you need to return an item for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition. That means new - not used, and not damaged.

If you have an item to return:

  • Call or email us. We will email you a return form. We will also determine whether you prefer a credit or refund, and the method of refund. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Pack the item(s) for return. Use the original shipping carton if it’s available, or any other packaging that will adequately protect the item(s) during shipment.
  • Print a copy of the return form we emailed to you and put it in the box, so that we can process your return.
  • If we made an error on your order, we will pay the return freight and send you a return shipping label, along with instructions. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. (We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as we are unable to provide credit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.)

  • When we receive your return, we will process your refund or credit, usually within 2 business days.

There are some necessary exclusions to the return policy:

  • Conventional batteries that were shipped dry, and filled with electrolyte after receipt by the purchaser cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions – contact us to arrange a resolution.
  • Products that were not purchased from PLP Battery Supply.
